Pricing schedule
The rental prices for Combe Nègre are:
| Peak Season (June, July & August) | €2,500 per week |
| Mid Season (May & September) | €2,000 per week |
| Low season (all other times) | €1,500 per week |
| Christmas and Easter holidays | €2,000 per week |
Bookings require a minimum of a two week stay. Long bookings for the winter months for those looking for their own "dream" property in the Tarn will also be considered. The property will only be let to family or friends or applicants known to and with strong references from family or friends.
Pricing details
To make a booking please contact us directly to check availability. Once availability has been confirmed, we will send you a Booking Form with rental conditions which will need to be completed and returned together with a rental deposit.
Payment Terms: at the point of confirming your booking you will need to forward a cheque for 25% of the cost of the booking. The balance for the cost for the booking will be required four weeks prior to the start of your holiday together with a security deposit of €300.00. If you are booking within four weeks of the rental period, full payment with the deposit will be required with your booking form. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have received our written confirmation with cleared funds.
We recommend that you read all the Booking Conditions prior to forwarding your completed Booking Form and sign to accept that you fully understand the basis upon which you are seeking to rent the property. Note in particular the cancellation terms and your responsibilities as a valued client.
